Tambaa na Pori is a Swahili phrase meaning “the bush is our home.” We are a Tanzanian tour company, established and owned 100% by local Tanzanians and based in Arusha, offering safaris at the best price for travellers in every budget category from ordinary campers to those who prefer the comfort of a lodge or permanent tented camp.

We specialise in comfortable lodge and tented-camp safaris in the moderate price range, but we cater for every kind of journey: wildlife safaris to the national parks, Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs, cycling and hiking adventures, cultural tours, honeymoons, and relaxing beach holidays on the islands of Zanzibar, Pemba and Mafia.
